For jewelry purchased from our E-Shop

You have up to 14 business days from the date you receive your online order to submit a return request. Please ensure that:

• Eligibility for Return: The jewelry must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. It should not show signs of wear or alteration.​

• Return Request: To initiate a return, please email us at info@oggdesignjewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will assess your request based on the eligibility criteria.​

• Assessment and Approval: Our in-house team will review your return request. If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item. The item must be returned to us within 14 business days of receiving the return instructions.​

• Refund: Once the returned jewelry is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

For custom-made jewelry

Custom-made jewelry, which is manufactured according to special requests or specifications, is not eligible for return or exchange.

• Repairs due to defects: If there is a defect in the custom-made jewelry, please contact us at info@oggdesignjewelry.com. We will assess the issue and, if the defect is confirmed, arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost.
